Calibration and Repair Services for Temperature Profiling Systems
Supporting the PhoenixTM range of products two dedicated service centres are located in the UK and Germany (PhoenixTM Ltd – Earith Cambridgeshire UK and PhoenixTM GmbH – Loehne Germany).
In the USA calibration services are provided by our calibration partner Conrad Kacsik Instrument Systems Inc.
Calibration & Repair Services
PhoenixTM provides calibration, repair and aftercare services to support the full range of PhoenixTM temperature profiling systems.
Dedicated service centres operate in Earith, Cambridgeshire (UK) and Löhne (Germany), delivering direct support across Europe. In the USA, calibration services are provided through PhoenixTM’s approved partner, Conrad Kacsik Instrument Systems Inc.
This global service network ensures consistent standards and responsive support for customers operating worldwide.
Calibration Certificates and Compliance Support
For PTM1200 data loggers, calibration certificates are stored directly within the unit.
This provides immediate access to calibration data for audit purposes and allows data logger offsets to be applied as part of CQI-9 or AMS2750 TUS processes. This reduces manual handling and simplifies compliance documentation.
Remote Calibration Options
For remote or global operations, calibration can also be supported through the supply of a Calibration Software licence.
This enables approved local calibration houses, with the necessary equipment, to carry out full data logger calibration while maintaining PhoenixTM calibration standards.
Thermocouple Calibration and Certification
Thermocouple wire used in the manufacture of PhoenixTM thermocouples can be supplied with a certificate of conformity showing batch traceability to ANSI MC96.1 special limits of error.
Where required, additional services are available, including:
- Calibration of individual thermocouples
- Calibration of specific thermocouple wire batches
- Certification to customer-defined requirements
This certification data supports AMS2750 TUS work by allowing thermocouple offsets to be automatically applied to TUS data.
Thermal Barrier Inspection and Refurbishment
In certain situations, PhoenixTM can also offer inspection, repair and refurbishment services for thermal barriers used within the profiling system.
This service extends the operational life of the thermal barrier and ensures continued safe and reliable system performance, offering a cost-effective alternative to complete replacement.
