We at PhoenixTM are excited to share some very exciting news regarding the future of PhoenixTM, which will help maintain the strength and future of the company.

As of October 2025, a majority stake in PhoenixTM has been acquired by Assessimus Group. Assessimus is focused on Testing & Measurement. With Abgar Barseyten as its co-founder and CEO, the Assessimus Group currently comprises four companies: Rotronics Battery Management Solutions in UK, RST Labs, GBS Elektronik both in Germany and A.T. Parker in USA.

Being part of the Assessimus Group will future-proof PhoenixTM and offer opportunities for further growth and continued development of the innovative technology we offer. Ian Budden, Michael Taake and their management teams will remain on board, continuing to drive the business forward. We hope that our existing working relationship will be strengthened by this news and that you will benefit from the many new opportunities it will create.
